Gastritis common symptoms include :
.:: Nausea or recurrent upset stomach
.:: Abdominal bloating
.:: Abdominal pain
.:: Vomiting
.:: Indigestion
.:: Burning or gnawing feeling in the stomach between meals or at night
.:: Hiccups
.:: Loss of appetite
.:: Vomiting blood or coffee ground-like material
.:: Black, tarry stools
GERD common symptoms include :
.:: A burning sensation in your chest (heartburn), sometimes spreading to your throat, along with a sour taste in your mouth
.:: Chest pain
.:: Difficulty swallowing (dysphagia)
.:: Dry cough
.:: Hoarseness or sore throat
.:: Regurgitation of food or sour liquid (acid reflux)
.:: Sensation of a lump in your throat
Hiatus Hernia common symptoms include :
.:: Heartburn: chest pain or burning,
.:: Nausea, vomiting or retching (dry heaves)
.:: Burping.
.:: Waterbrash, the rapid appearance of a large amount of saliva in the mouth that is stimulated by the refluxing acid.
The following are risk factors that can result in a hiatus hernia.

a.Heavy lifting or bending over
b.Frequent or hard coughing
c.Hard sneezing
d.Violent vomiting
